Senior, Field hockey FORWARD

The talented ice hockey and girls lacrosse athlete was in the zone last week for the Crimson Tide’s field hockey team. Mast scored on a Jaylynn Emmons assist 25 seconds into the second half against Missisquoi. The Tide settled for a 1-1 tie even though they outshot the Thunderbirds 8-3 and held a 20-1 advantage on penalty corners. Mast capped the week by scoring three goals and dishing out one assist during a 6-1 victory over Montpelier. The Tide enjoyed a 17-1 advantage on penalty corners and moved into the No. 4 spot in the Division II standings. Spaulding (6-1-2) will host North Country at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday for Senior Day.
