Mixed martial arts competitors battle during an event earlier this year at the Barre Auditorium.

BARRE — The Barre Auditorium will host nearly 20 mixed martial arts and kickboxing matches Saturday during a “Clash of the Titles” event.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. and fighting will start at 7 p.m. Cost for tickets at the door is $30 for general admission and $40 for cageside. The main event features former XCP champ Chris Rooney taking on Travis Simpson for the 155-pound title. Gary Cameron and John Congdon will compete for the 205-pound Muay Thai top prize in the other main event match.

Another highly anticipated showdown will be the Combat Jui-Jitsu title fight between Eric Bruno and Edward Carr. Special guest Kerri Kenneson, a professional fighter from Invicta Fighting Championship, will be in attendance.
