Gordie Eurich, right, leads Ian Downing and Adam Eiklor, left down the Organgrinder trail at Sugarbush Resort in Warren as the SlopeStyle Ski and Ride shop in Montpelier closed for a celebratory ski day Tuesday. Eurich managed the Peter Glenn ski shop in Berlin for 17 years and has co-owned SlopeStyle Ski and Ride for the past 11 years with Downing but is stepping away from the local ski industry at the end of this month.
