If we, as a nation, truly believe that no one is above the law, the effort to enforce the law should be absolute. Every effort to bring justice to the forefront should be used. This administration has made it clear there is no intent to share in that consideration. Illegal involvement in the whistleblower proceeding is just the latest evidence. Blanket obstruction by refusing to cooperate even when under subpoena is evident.

There are more than 10 separate, ongoing congressional investigations in House committees Financial Services, Foreign Affairs, Intelligence, Judiciary, Oversight and Ways and Means.

Each of these that directly involve Trump should be included as an article of impeachment. Officially declared by Speaker Pelosi, the House trial on each and every article should move forward as fast as possible. Even Moscow Mitch has admitted the Senate has no choice but to act on the findings of the House.

In the short term, disable the Trump Twitter account. We, the people, have been insulted enough by the blather of 10,000-plus moronic rants using his private account and some 7,200-plus from the POTUS Twitter account. This, from the candidate who stated he would not Tweet if elected: “I don’t know, not presidential.”

He claims the right to face his accuser. That only applies to trial yet he leaves that point out or more likely, just does not understand that point. Every time he opens his mouth lately, he breaks the law. The insinuation that the whistleblower should be executed is just one example.

The ignorance of anyone who still supports what this man is, is now clear for all to see.

I find it interesting Kirk, in your rush to prove your allegiance to Trump, [I'll take the 'Con Man'] you simultaneously admit he is a con man and you define your own moral cowardice. Everything Trump does is inconsequential. Blame everyone else through Psychological Projection, just as Trump does, for the same actions he is guilty of and they however are bad!

At the rate the impeachment process is progressing, especially with Trump admitting he did it you may have to deal with a different definition for the con in 'Con Man.' One of individual-1's lawyers is already in jail for one crime and Giuliani may not be far behind for another and both involve Trump.

The choices for the article(s) of impeachment seem to have no end.

Kirk

Malapert AL, your alliance to the defend the operations of the 'Deep State' outpace your ability to provide clear evidence of any impeachment offenses. By not offering any alternatives to a problematic self-defined political situation that you and the 'Deep State' are manufacturing, you, my friend are the Commander and Chief of Psychological Projection (Psychology 101). The very support you exhibit of the operatives of leftist propaganda machine, has crippled you from any actions beyond the black keyboard you hover over :-/

AlfredSBlakey

Interesting Kirk, You would attempt to equate a Constitutional Law of the Republic to a blue law of a state as justification for excusing an elected representative of the people, not a person of higher standing but a public servant, for blatant corruption.

The con man owns you Kirk. You’re definitely his kind of people.

Kirk

Malapert AL, you completely missed the point.....I'll let you think about it for a while.

Public servant(s) are a 'thing' of the past, gone with the wind and replaced with pigs of the trough disinterested in both you and me. Corruption? Maybe Bernie will save us all, or time for beddy-bye Harris, Sleepy Joe Biden and a corrupt son, DiBlasio and the teacher's union defunct PAC, Pocahontas Warren fundraising hypocrisy, Walsh, Weld, sweet Betty O'Rourke, Steyer, Sanford (and Son), Booker 'T' and the MG's, or maybe Yang a dang ling yang $1k per month for life when you reach the age of 18. Yup, the field is so promising.

I'll take the 'Con Man' :-)

Kirk

"Every time he opens his mouth lately, he breaks the law." Really, what laws were broken lately?

AlfredSBlakey

Okay, let’s start with the one included above in the letter since you obviously missed it. He claims the right to face his accuser. He has, however, turned it into a blatant attack on the individual with accusations of treason and threat of “execution,” so much for that law protecting whistleblowers.

Altering hurricane Dorian map to justify his claim the storm might impact Alabama. 18 U.S. Code § 2074. False weather reports

“It’s not an interference, they have information — I think I’d take it,” interview with ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos. Foreign help with election is against the law. Soliciting foreign help with election is against the law whether you receive it or not. Publicly admits it; Ukraine, China, Russia, Australia. He publicly welcomes political campaign aid from sworn enemies like Russia and China.

Ukraine - 2020 Biden’s a crook, sound familiar? 2016 Hillary's a crook. No, he is the crook. So much so that he even makes Nixon just look like a politician. Now the game plan is to use corruption every other word out of his mouth to desensitize its value.

Offers pardons to anyone who breaks the law to get his wall built. And the list goes on.

Remember Kirk, Cadet Bone Spurs suggested to the Retired American Warriors PAC in Virginia, veterans suffering from PTSD are not “strong” and “can’t handle” the stresses of war. He is literally falling apart from the “stress” of the impeachment.

He "has made it clear that he will engage in any action, no matter how unethical or unpatriotic, that he will go up to the line of what’s legal and indeed he looks like he crossed that line many times"

After the latest judge’s decision it looks like he is going to have to turn over eight years of taxes. So what, you say, he’s done nothing wrong. Then why the big fight to keep his tax records secret?

And you, Kirk still support him. Sad.

Bob P

Is cadet bone spurs the same as cadet asthma ? You know like the guy that bragged so much about how great a star athlete he was in high school, and then received 5 education deferments only to be found ineligible for service due to asthma, you know that Biden guy, or hey how about that Clinton guy and his draft fiasco.

Kirk

Who cares about all the little trivia stories you just mentioned, its chump change 'stuff' including his taxes. Tax records are not required to be submitted to become the President. The judge will lose.

A 'whistleblower' needs to be made public, otherwise the 'whistleblower' is nothing more than a sniper on the roof top, I want the chance to 'pick them off'.

Yup AL, I still support 'him' and like myself, many others are climbing on board the Trump Train as the alternative represents a backroom filled with amateurs.

And you Al, have no alternative candidates to offer as a solution to your frustrations.

AlfredSBlakey

Some of Donald Trump's allies went out on a limb and said he was kidding about seeking foreign campaign help, because they know it is against the law. Trump makes clear he wasn’t kidding about seeking foreign campaign help.

His response, the usual word soup, when asked why he asked them to help does not address why he asked them, but then his answers never do address the questions.

“China has to do whatever they want. If they want to look into something, they can look into it. If they don’t want to look into it, they don’t have to. Frankly, as far as I’m concerned, if China wants to look into something, I think that’s great. And if they don’t want to, I think that’s great too. That’s up to China.”

Or put another way, the president obviously wasn’t kidding about having Beijing pursue a baseless conspiracy regarding the Bidens.

Foreign intervention in our elections is against the law, Kirk. It is that simple. The President publicly calling for foreign countries to provide him with information is against the law, whether he receives any or not.

Kirk, you said; "Tax records are not required to be submitted to become the President" Tax records are required to be provided to legislative committees if requested under the Constitutional right of their oversight authority. Refusing to turn them over is obstruction.

Kirk, you said; "A 'whistleblower' needs to be made public,” You are wrong! The law protects ‘whistleblower’ identity. The LAW PROTECTS them. The LAW, Kirk! The president is breaking the law in his efforts to demonize public servants doing their job under the law.

Kirk, you said; "... many others are climbing on board the Trump Train" Then explain why the latest FOX POLL shows 55% want Trump impeached! 51% Impeached AND removed from office.

Kirk, you said; "Who cares about all the little trivia stories ". You asked for them! Remember; - "Really, what laws were broken lately?"

He has turned his back on the Kurds by sanctioning Turkey’s attacks on women and children all the while allowing ISIS fighters freedom to restart their effort. Referring to the Kurds; “They didn’t help us in World War II”, says Cadet Bone Spurs. Your hero is a loser Kirk.

You are a classic example of Moral Cowardice Kirk, along with Psychological Projection. Undoubtedly one of Trumps poorly educated he loves so much. And before you go off on the phrase ‘poorly educated' you should look it up so you will completely understand the ramifications of the phrase.

Kirk

Reminds me of the current Dems seeking the position of power in the Oval office by advocating for non-citizens to vote. Geeze, a little campaign money from other countries seems in order, doesn't it Al :-/

His response, the usual word soup, when asked why he asked them to help does not address why he asked them, but then his answers never do address the questions.

Reminds me of little Adam Shitte when he fabricated the infamous phone call conversation 'lie' to the public and then said, "it was meant to be a joke" :-/

“China has to do whatever they want. If they want to look into something, they can look into it. If they don’t want to look into it, they don’t have to. Quite frankly, I also support an investigation into the Bidens 'business dealings'. What is wrong with that notion?!? Another lie from ole Joe, his encounter with 'Corn Pop'...….LOL

Foreign intervention in our elections is against the law, Kirk. It is that simple. The President publicly calling for foreign countries to provide him with information is against the law, whether he receives any or not.

Wrong AL, it is not against the 'law' to seek justice and truth from any source available. You a flat out wrong Corn Pop.

Kirk, you said; "Tax records are not required to be submitted to become the President".

That's right AL, not required.

Tax records are required to be provided to legislative committees if requested under the Constitutional right of their oversight authority. Refusing to turn them over is obstruction.

Wrong AL, the so-called 'oversight committee' must subpoena tax documents when a crime is suspected. A crime has to be declared, charges files, and guess what, NO crimes were committed, only the Dems flighty hop scotch playground games at work here. A backroom filled with amateurs.

Kirk, you said; "A 'whistleblower' needs to be made public,” You are wrong! The law protects ‘whistleblower’ identity. The LAW PROTECTS them. The LAW, Kirk! The president is breaking the law in his efforts to demonize public servants doing their job under the law.

Come on AL, I already know this bunch of garbage, but there are laws on the books like the one in Alaska that states that no one shall get drunk in a bar. Protection of a 'whistleblower' serves only one purpose, to break that law. Some laws are ridiculous AL.

Kirk, you said; "... many others are climbing on board the Trump Train" Then explain why the latest FOX POLL shows 55% want Trump impeached! 51% Impeached AND removed from office.

Reminds me of the Quinnipiac poll which had the old Hag clearly in the front and destined to win the Presidency. Oh, here it comes.......but she won the popular vote and I would like to add....."it was her turn"....'What Happened" :-/

Kirk, you said; "Who cares about all the little trivia stories ". You asked for them! Remember; - "Really, what laws were broken lately?"

President Trump is keeping a campaign promise, to stop being the world's police force, AL. For that, I support him whole heartedly bone spurs or not, a true winner far above your comprehension.

A bit on the malapert side aren't we Al :-/
