Michael W. Stone rites ORANGE – The service to honor and celebrate the life of Michael W. Stone was held on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, at 11 a.m. in the Websterville Baptist Church. The church was filled to capacity. Rev. Brian Fecher, pastor of the Websterville Baptist Church, led the service and paid special tribute to Michael. Mrs. Donna Fecher, pianist, accompanied the congregation in the hymns, “Amazing Grace” and “How Great Thou Art,” with special music provided by Ms. Donna Moran. The eulogy was given by Mrs. Sandra Dawley and a poem was read by John Pellegrini. A special presentation of the life of Michael Stone entitled, “Dancing in the Sky,” was given. Following the service, inurnment took place in the Wilson Cemetery in Barre Town. Afterward, a time of fellowship and sharing was held in the Washington Village School. The Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy St., Barre, was in charge of the arrangements.
