Kathryn "Kathy" Clark WILLIAMSTOWN — The family of Kathryn “Kathy” Seaver Clark announces the passing of their beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter, sister-in-law and aunt, on March 29, 2019. Kathy died at home, surrounded by her family. She was born on Feb. 14, 1960, in Northfield, to Patricia Rogers Seaver and Leslie G. Seaver. Kathy met the love of her life, J. Keith Clark, in 1979 and they were married Aug. 17, 1985, at St. Anne’s Shrine in Isle La Motte. Kathy and Keith raised their three children in Northfield and together, had recently moved to Williamstown. Kathy is survived by her mother, Patricia Seaver, of Northfield; husband and daughter, J. Keith Clark and Mary Kathryn “Molly” Clark, of Northfield, her two sons Michael Jameson Clark (Aimmi Mathews), of Jay, and Benjamin William Clark, of Salt Lake City. She also leaves behind seven siblings Carol Seaver Holt, Mary Ellen Seaver-Reid (Richard), Elizabeth Larsen (Andy Anderson), Michael Seaver (Linda), Mark Seaver (Alexandra), Andrew Seaver (Suzy) and Paul Seaver (Jennifer); and their numerous children and grandchildren. Kathy was a positive, outgoing and caring person who could fill a room with her larger-than-life personality. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, singing, hiking, camping, playing cards, skiing and gardening. Kathy’s care for her own family, as well as many others in the community, led her to operate a daycare out of her home for 12 years. She was then an administrator at Orchard Valley Waldorf School (OVWS) in East Montpelier for 14 years where her significant contributions led to the growth of the school community. One of her greatest contributions was opening a childcare center, Little Lambs, in 2016. In celebration of her legacy, a Little Lambs scholarship in her name will provide tuition support to families in need. The Clarks would like to thank their family, friends and neighbors for their kindness and support during the last 10 months. The family would also like to extend their gratitude toward her nurses and doctors at Lahey Hospital and CVMC. Her funeral will be held at St. John The Evangelist Church in Northfield on Saturday, April 13, 2019, at 12 noon with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to OVWS, in care of the Kathy Clark Scholarship Fund, 2290 Vermont Route 14, East Montpelier, VT 05651. There are no calling hours. Kingston Funeral Home in Northfield is assisting the family with arrangements.

How blessed we were to have had many intersecting points with Kathy over the years. She was a light in our lives and in our world. God hold and keep her, and her family. The Hilton VanOsdall family.

Kathy was a woman of integrity with a keen mind and a good sense of humor. She and Keith raised wonderful children who carry her light. It was fun being one of her teachers and a joy watching her become such a force for good in the community.
I send love and condolences to all of her family.
