Dawn Dodge GRANITEVILLE — Dawn Dodge, 65, of Graniteville Road, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019, at the Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, with her family at her bedside. Born Jan. 26, 1954, in Barre, she was the daughter of John and Marjorie (Bilodeau) Hussey. Dawn attended local elementary schools and graduated from Spaulding High School in 1972. On July 3, 1971, she married Albert Dodge in Williamstown. They then made their home in Barre, Oklahoma and Florida, before returning to Vermont in 2018. Dawn was employed as a dispatcher for Signal Security Systems and then as a customer service representative at the former Grossman’s Lumber. She was a member of the St. Monica Catholic Church. In her leisure time, Dawn enjoyed bowling, playing bingo, horseback riding, dancing and most of all, spending time with her loving husband and family. Survivors include her husband, Albert Dodge; her children Kathie Felch and Jeffrey Dodge and wife Jessica; her grandsons Nathan Felch, and Jarrid and Jaymmes Dodge; and her siblings Maureen Graves and Michael Hussey; as well as many brothers- and sisters-in-law; and nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Jack Hussey, Patricia Haynes, Steve Hussey, Edith Robbins and Daniel Hussey Sr. Family and friends may call on Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Hooker and Whitcomb Funeral Home, 7 Academy St., Barre.
