Carol E. Record BARRE — Carol E. Record, 76, died Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin. She was born March 20, 1943, in Holden, Massachusetts, the daughter of Alice F. (Russ) and Austin White Jr. She worked in food service at Marlboro College, operated a food truck in southern Vermont and an antique store in Newfane. She and her husband owned and operated Frechette Meat Market in South Burlington where she also operated Green Thumb Food Demonstration Services. Mrs. Record was a member of Miller Methodist Church in Bethel. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, doing crafts, sewing and flower gardening. Survivors include her husband, Samuel Record, of Randolph; children Chuck Farnham, of Salisbury, North Carolina, Todd Farnham, of Lake Mary, Florida, Debbie Barton, of Fort Mills, South Carolina; siblings Judy McCullough, of Bethel, Patty Deal, of Essex Junction, Ronald White, of Randolph Center; former husband Pete Farnham, of Mocksville, North Carolina; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Burial in West Hill Cemetery in Williamstown will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Central Vermont Humane Society, P.O.
