Andrew Case Boner MONTPELIER — Andrew Case Boner, 57, died Friday, Aug. 9, 2019, at home, with family by his side. He was born Sept. 18, 1961, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the son of Darryl Anne (Alkire) and J. Russell Boner. He was raised in London, England, where he graduated from Eton College. He later earned his BS in Aeronautical and Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University. His first job was with General Dynamics in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Boner earned an MBA at Yale School of Management and began a long career working for the international health organization, Population Services International. In Montpelier, he was employed by the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Survivors include his parents; his wife of 35 years, Lennette (Jones); his daughter, Zoe Ana, and son, Adrian James; his sisters Allyn Boner Zulver and Polly Boner Tarr; five nieces; and a stepbrother, Wayne Mitchell. An open house will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, at the family home in Montpelier. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Washington, D.C.
