CASTLETON — Hubbardton Forge lighting company announced recent senior leadership changes.

Bubba Sandford stepped into the CEO role on April 1, previously held by Ray Langton who retired in March. Sandford has experience as CEO, COO and president of publicly-traded firms, including Sonoma Pharmaceuticals and Command Center. He earned his MBA from Cornell University and has served as a U.S. Navy SEAL. 

Maria (Scutaro) Mullen assumed the newly-created role of president and COO at Hubbardton Forge on June 1. Her experience includes leadership roles with Feiss, Uttermost, and most recently, she had started Kalizma, a company offering design-through-production/sourcing of lighting. 

David Kitts, 11-year design director of Hubbardton Forge, was recently promoted to the role of V.P. of Design and Product Strategy. He has a Master of Industrial & Product Design degree from Pratt Institute and his engineering degree is from Cornell.
