EAST MONTPELIER – A St. Albans man is accused of breaking into the Orchard Valley Waldorf School.

Vermont State Police said Julian Young, 25, called police early Monday morning to report he had broken into the school in East Montpelier. Young told police someone had drugged him.

Police said an investigation showed Young had broken two windows at the school. Young told police he was under the influence of drugs at the time of the incident.

He is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court Sept. 12 to answer the charge of burglary.
