MONTPELIER — Two Essex residents are accused of burglary and possession of stolen property following a break-in in the Capital City on Jan. 30.

Police responded to a report of a burglary at 18 Pinewood Road and learned several items were taken from the home, according to a news release.

After a lengthy investigation, the Montpelier Police Department arrested Heather Rayta, 33, and Devin Coolidge, 37.

Some items were recovered but some are still unaccounted for, police said.

Rayta and Coolidge were cited and ordered to appear in Washington County criminal court on April 25.
