In accordance with the Judgment Order and Decree of Foreclosure entered April 18, 2019, in the above captioned action brought to foreclose that certain mortgage given by Jean Yves Vendeville and Maureen Vendeville to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for CTX Mortgage Company, LLC, dated September 18, 2006 and recorded in Book 234 Page 477 of the land records of the City of Barre, of which mortgage the Plaintiff is the present holder, by virtue of the following Assignments of Mortgage: (1) Assignment of Mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for CTX Mortgage Company, LLC to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. dated May 30, 2012 and recorded in Book 270 Page 595; (2) Assignment of Mortgage from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. to Secretary of Housing and Urban Development dated July 11, 2016 and recorded in Book 312 Page 234; and (3) Assignment of Mortgage from Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, as trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust A dated November 30, 2016 and recorded in Book 319 Page 132, all of the land records of the City of Barre for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 90 Tremont Street, Barre, Vermont on December 5, 2019 at 10:15 AM all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: Being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Jean Yves Vendeville and Maureen Vendeville by Warranty Deed of Lyndon S. Clark dated December 1, 2005 and recorded December 5, 2005 in Volume 227 at Page 698 of the City of Barre Land Records. Being a parcel of land with all buildings and improvements located thereon and being commonly known and designated as 90 Tremont Street in said City of Barre, Vermont. Subject to and benefitted by all rights of ways, easements, covenants, permits and rights of record. Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
