Campbell, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., its successors and/or assigns, dated April 25, 2006, and recorded in Book 502, at Page 74, of the City/Town of Montpelier Land Records, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by Assignment of Mortgage recorded in Book 615 Page 270 for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at January 4, 2019 at 11:30AM at 9 Dairy Lane, Montpelier, VT 05602 all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To Wit: Being described as follows, viz: Commencing at the northwesterly corner of the lot herein conveyed on the southerly edge of Daily Lane, so-called, which point is also 50 feet easterly from the northeasterly corner of land of Hull; Thence running in an easterly direction along the southerly edge of Dairy Lane a distance of 110 feet; Thence turning an interior angle of 96 43' to the right and running a distance of 96.2 feet; Thence turning a right angle to the right and running a distance of 109.6 feet; Thence turning a right angle to the right and running a distance of 109 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a right granted to the City of Montpelier for a turn-around area which takes in a part of the northeasterly comer of the lot herein conveyed as is more particularly described in a deed to the City of Montpelier dated October 31, 1958 and recorded in Book 91, Page 313-314 of the Montpelier Land Records. Being the same premises conveyed to the herein named mortagagor(s) by deed recorded with the Montpelier Town Office- Land Records in Book 481, Page 25. The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication. The public sale may be adjourned one or more times for a total time not exceeding 30 days, without further court order, and without publication or service of a new notice of sale, by announcement of the new sale date to those present at each adjournment or by posting notice of the adjournment in a conspicuous place at the location of the sale.
