Bowen to Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB, dated August 21, 2006 and recorded in Book 220 Page 33 of the land records of the Town of Barre, of which mortgage the Plaintiff is the present holder, by virtue of the following Assignments of Mortgage: (1) Assignment of Mortgage from Citibank, N.A., successor in interest by merger to Citicorp Trust Bank, FSB to CitiMortgage, Inc. dated December 10, 2013 and recorded in Book 272 Page 904; (2) Assignment of Mortgage from CitiMortgage, Inc. to MRH SUB I, LLC dated April 23, 2014 and recorded in Book 274, Page 550; and (3) Assignment of Mortgage from MRH SUB I, LLC to Marchai Properties, L.P. dated January 22, 2015 and recorded in Book 286, Page 578, all of the land records of the Town of Barre for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 11 Crest Street, Village of Graniteville, Town of Barre, Vermont on July 22, 2019 at 2:30 PM all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, STATE OF VERMONT, AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 150, PAGE 893, ID#018/073.00, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS BEING ALL AND THE SAME LAND AND PREMISES CONVEYED TO BRIAN OUELLETTE AND DENISE OUELLETTE BY WARRANTY DEED OF GLENDA GIROUX AND MICHAEL L GIROUX DATED MARCH 30, 1990 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 123, PAGE 224 OF THE TOWN OF BARRE LAND RECORDS. BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM BRIAN OUELLETTE AND DENISE OUELLETTE, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS SET FORTH IN BOOK 150, PAGE 893 DATED 06/19/1998 AND RECORDED 06/22/1998, WASHINGTON COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF VERMONT. Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described. TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid by a certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser.
