Mills-Brown dated October 7, 2010 and to be recorded in the Land Records of the Town of Williamstown Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Peter A. Mills-Brown and Amanda M. Mills-Brown by Warranty Deed of Steven A. Benoit and Bonnie A. Benoit (f/k/a Bonnie A. Murawski) dated October 17, 2005 and recorded on October 19, 2005 in Volume 127 at Page 121 of the Land Records of the Town of Williamstown. Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Steven A. Benoit and Bonnie A. Murawski n/k/a Bonnie A. Benoit by Warranty Deed of Loran L. Maloney dated November 1, 1993 and recorded November 3, 1993 at Book 80, Page 73 of the Town of Williamstown Land Records. The lands herein conveyed comprise a part of all and the same land and premises which were conveyed in a Warranty Deed from Whitcomb, Inc. to William J. Maloney and Lorna L. Maloney dated October 13, 1954 and recorded in Book 41 at Page 525 of the Town of Williamstown and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of Stone Road and the northerly line of Maloney Road. Thence proceeding northerly along the easterly line of Stone Road a distance of 454 feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence northerly 90° easterly a distance of 484.56 feet to an iron pin; thence due south a distance of 474.05 feet to an iron pin in the northerly line of Maloney Road; thence westerly a distance of 481 feet, more or less, along the northerly line of Maloney Road to the point of beginning. There is further included in this conveyance a certain spring of water together with a parcel of land one rod square and appurtenant rights to lay water pipes and rights of entry for maintenance and repair of spring and water rights, all as more particularly conveyed and described in a Warranty Deed to William J. and Lorna L.
