TACEY BY DEED OF WARRANTY DATED THE 22ND DAY OF AUGUST, 1958 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 70 PAGE 300 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF THE CITY OF BARRE. THE SAID LAND AND PREMISES BEING DESCRIBED IN SAID DEED AS FOLLOWS: "BEING ALL AND THE SAME LAND AND PREMISES CONVEYED TO EDMUND W. TACEY AND DOROTHY M. TACEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, BY WARRANTY DEED OF JOAQUIN LASTRA DATED OCTOBER 10, 1957 AND RECORDED IN BOOK 70 PAGE 143 OF THE LAND RECORDS OF THE CITY OF BARRE" FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: THE APN IS SHOWN BY THE COUNTY ASSESSOR AS 1420-00070000; SOURCE OF TITLE IS BOOK 123 PAGE 493 (RECORDED 7/1/1985). Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
