In accordance with the Judgment Order and Decree of Foreclosure entered March 20, 2019, in the above captioned action brought to foreclose that certain mortgage given by Andrea Easton and Paul Easton to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., dated April 13, 2006 and recorded in Book 160 Page 31 of the land records of the Town of Randolph, of which mortgage the Plaintiff is the present holder, by virtue of an Assignment of Mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. to The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificated, Series 2006-13 dated August 29, 2011 and recorded in Book 184 Page 812 of the land records of the Town of Randolph for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 4 Wallace Hill Road, Randolph, Vermont on December 18, 2019 at 10:00 AM all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: Being described as follows, viz: Being a parcel of land believed to contain 1 acre, to be the same, more or less, with dwelling house and other improvements thereon standing, situated on the southerly side of Wallace Hill Road in Randolph, designated as 4 Wallace Hill Road, and being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Arthur T. Goussy and Gwendolyn B. Goussy Stevens by the warranty deed of Joel M. Whitney which deed is dated April 15, 1998 and is recorded in Book 125, at Page 535 of the Randolph Land Records. The property was described as being a 2 family dwelling on the southerly side of Park Place in prior deeds. Park Place has been redesignated as Wallace Road by 911 addresses. The property was converted from a 2 family dwelling to a 1 family dwelling. See Zoning Permit #98-31. Reference is hereby directed to the aforementioned deeds and their records, to the deeds and records therein referred to, and to the Randolph Land Records in aid of this description. PARCEL ID#: 235003-000 Being the same premises conveyed to the herein named mortgagor(s) by deed recorded with Randolph Town Office- Land Records in Book 153, Page 347. Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
