Velander to National City Mortgage Co, dated October 14, 2004 and recorded in Book 217 Page 449 of the land records of the City of Barre, of which mortgage the Plaintiff is the present holder, by virtue of an Assignment of Mortgage from National City Mortgage Co. to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as successor-in-interest to all permitted successors and assigns of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. the trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2005-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-1, dated January 1, 2005 dated March 18, 2018 and recorded in Book 332 Page 246 of the land records of the City of Barre for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction at 137 North Seminary Street, Barre, Vermont on January 21, 2019 at 2:00 PM all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Larry A. Velander and Marlene F. Velander by Warranty Deed of Douglas C. Compo and Sandra J. Compo dated July 19, 1988 and recorded in book 136, page 897 of the land records of the City of Barre, Vermont. interest of Marlene F. Velander was conveyed to Larry A. Velander by Quit Claim Deed of even or approximate date herewith and about to be recorded in the land records of the City of Barre, Vermont. Reference is hereby made to the above-mentioned deeds and the records thereof and to all prior deeds and their records for a more particular description of the land and premises herein conveyed. Reference is hereby made to the above instruments and to the records and references contained therein in further aid of this description. Terms of sale: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described. TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid by a certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser.
