DESTRUCTION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION
RECORDS
MONTPELIER SCHOOL DISTRICT

Let this serve as notice that special education school records of students who were in our school system and graduated or left in the 2010/2011 school year are being destroyed.
Anyone who would like his or her records should call Jo-Ann Buzzi at the Support Services
Office at (802) 223-6341 prior to July 28, 2018 to make arrangements for pick-up.

PUBLIC HEARING OF BLOCK GRANTS

The Agency of Human Services has scheduled a public hearing on July 13, 2018 at 9:30am in the Cherry B Conference Room located at 280 State Drive, Waterbury, VT. This public hearing is held as an open
forum to receive comments on Vermont’s proposed use and distribution of federal block grant funds for federal fiscal year 2019 (10/1/2018 – 09/30/2019).

If you plan to attend in person, please email AHS-COCAP@vermont.gov to be added to the roster with the Waterbury State Office Complex
Security. Note that a photo ID is required to enter the State Complex.

The public hearing includes the following block grants and state plans:

Social Services Block Grant
Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant
Preventative Health and Health Services Block Grant
Community Mental Health Services Block Grant
Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Block Grant
Community Services Block Grant
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
Title III of the Older Americans Act State Plan
Title IV-B Child Welfare Services State Plan
Developmental Disabilities State Plan
