BERLIN — Residents in Berlin approved both town and school budgets. Residents approved the town budget of $2.93 million and the Berlin Elementary School budget of $3.51 million. Residents also voted in favor of allocating $30,402 for the Kellogg-Hubbard Library in Montpelier. For elections, incumbents Pete Kelley and Wayne Lamberton defeated Peter Burmeister for their one-year seats. Angelina Capron ran unopposed for a three-year seat vacated by chairman Ture Nelson.
