Christopher Sharrow of Pittsford stands during his arraignment in Rutland criminal court today on a second-degree murder charge in the death of his girlfriend Kristen Parker.
A Pittsford man charged with killing his girlfriend on Friday pleaded innocent this afternoon to a charge of second-degree murder.
Christopher Sharrow, 35, who entered Rutland criminal court with his hands and legs in chains and dressed in an orange jail jumpsuit, was ordered held on $750,000 bail. His attorney did not contest the bail.
Vermont State Police say they arrested Sharrow early Friday morning after discovering 32-year-old Kristen Parker — his girlfriend and the mother of his two children — dead on the floor of their home on West Creek Road in Pittsford.
Police say Sharrow killed Parker, who he had been dating for five years, during a domestic dispute at their home. Police have not revealed the manner in which Sharrow allegedly murdered Parker.MORE IN This Just InThis week saw the arrival of some subtle but important changes to Twitter, Instagram and Gmail.
