WINDSOR — Mount Ascutney Hospital and Health Center will hold its second annual Ottauquechee Health Center Community Fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
The event is free and will feature educational demonstrations focusing on healthy lifestyles. Numerous departments from Mount Ascutney Hospital and Health Center and Ottauquechee Health Center will be offering educational screenings and demonstrations.
There will have information on breast cancer awareness strategies to quit smoking, and the hospital’s hand therapy, same day surgery and hospice services. Children’s activities also include face painting, magic shows and games.
“By opening the fair to the public we are able to offer our community and our employees a chance to learn valuable information about their well being — and in a fun way,” said Kevin W. Donovan, CEO of Mount Ascutney Hospital and Health Center.
