    Times Argus Dealer Policy

    This document outlines the responsibilities that each party, dealer and supplier, has in order to have a long and successful partnership.

    Times Argus (Supplier) Responsibilities
    Deliver the number of copies each day as specified by the dealer
    Monthly bills are mailed by the 4th of each month
    Monthly bills reflect the charge for the papers delivered during the calendar month less the credits for papers not sold as reported to Subscriber Services.
    Every effort is made to have copies to our dealers as early in the morning as possible. This time is dependent on multiple factors. If you have questions about the time the papers will be delivered to your location, please speak to Subscriber Services at 802-479-0191.
    The Times Argus reserves the right to unilaterally decrease the number of papers being delivered to the dealer based upon the sales and return history on the account.

    Dealer Responsibilities
    Terms of payment for monthly bills is set at Net 30.
    Return credits should be submitted on a regular basis through the Dealer Return Portal (www.timesargus.com\dealer)
    Submitted returns are the only returns that are shown on the monthly bill.
    Failing to submit returns in a timely manner will cause the Rutland Herald to refuse credit for returns that are 60 days or older.
    If the quantity of papers you are receiving does not meet, or exceeds, your demand, please contact Subscriber Services to adjust accordingly.
