    For shame

    The story re: John Salter and the death of an infant under his supervision has left me stunned. “After Salter learned of the child’s death, he speculated that Peighton might have been dead when Salter saw him. But Donovan said Salter did not realize that then.”

    If the level of expertise is such that a supervisor cannot tell whether a child is sleeping or dead, then the entire Department for Children and Families should be shut down while the workers are retrained and the current administration should be dismissed. This is shameful!
