• Orange driver cited for DUI

    BARRE TOWN — An Orange resident has been cited by Vermont State Police for drunk driving.

    State police received a call very early Saturday morning that Patrick Harrington, 49, had left a residence intoxicated. State police located Harrington’s vehicle on Route 302 in Barre Town and pulled him over.

    After their investigation, state police concluded that Harrington was driving under the influence.

    He is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court on July 24 to answer the charge.
