RANDOLPH Vermont State Police say a Worcester resident was driving without a valid license.

Alexia Voitle, 19, was pulled over at Route 66 and the Interstate 89 Exit 4 ramp in Randolph on Tuesday for a minor motor vehicle violation, police say. Voitle has a criminally suspended license, according to police.
