• Wal-Mart incidents lead to citations

    BERLIN — Two people were cited in separate incidents at Wal-Mart in Berlin on Saturday, police say.

    Crag E. Braley, 40, of Randolph, was cited on a charge of retail theft after police say an employee caught him shoplifting. Braley is to appear in Washington County criminal court, but police did not say when.

    Christopher Magoon, 22, of Williamstown, was cited on a charge of trespassing. Police said he had been barred from entering the store but was at the store Saturday. Braley is to appear in Washington County criminal court, but police did not say when.
