BERLIN — Police say a Barre man has been cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Daniel Moreau, 32, was pulled over in the Applebee’s parking lot in Berlin on Saturday for an equipment violation, police said. After a brief investigation, police said, they discovered Moreau has a criminally suspended license.

He is to appear in Washington County criminal court in early May to answer the charge.
