Poor coverage of Blue Devils
The way your paper covered Williamstown’s unprecedented championship win on Saturday only continues to demonstrate that your shabby newspaper and its knuckle-brained editor are biased against the fine community of Williamstown. I had heard from friends and family in the area about the deplorable, biased coverage by The Times Argus in recent years. And recently I heard certain things are only being put on the front page to embarrass people in town. I drove up to watch the game, visited with friends around the area and celebrated the win. Yet your coverage in Sunday’s edition treated this historic game like a run-of-the-mill thing. Norwich got better treatment.
But I must say that given the number of errors I found in this weekend’s editions, I am hardly surprised that your paper has any credibility whatsoever in central Vermont. You do yourself no favors.
Shame on you, Mr. Pappas, for allowing your bias and conflicts of interest to take away from the celebration of these boys and the community of Williamstown. They deserve better.
