• Police investigate tool theft

    EAST MONTPELIER ó State police are seeking information about the theft of equipment from a vehicle parked on Sodom Pond Road on Sunday.

    According to a news release, sometime between the hours of 3:30 p.m. on March 1 and 8 a.m. on Sunday, chains, Interstate batteries and cables were stolen from a construction vehicle on Sodom Pond Road in East Montpelier.
