    Police: Cocaine dropped in store

    BRATTLEBORO — Local police charged a local man with cocaine possession after he dropped a white, powdery substance on a store floor.

    Police said the white powder was dropped by Dennis Santos, 25, of Brattleboro on the floor of Sam’s Outdoor Outfitters on Valentine’s Day. Police said the substance tested positive for cocaine.
