• Orange driver cited for DUI

    BARRE TOWN — Vermont State Police say an Orange resident has been cited for drunken driving.

    Dylan W. Spencer, 21, was driving on Websterville Road Saturday when state police pulled him over for a defective headlight. Upon further investigation, state police say Spencer was driving under the influence.

    He is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court on March 13 to answer the charge.
