U-32 student cited on marijuana charge
EAST MONTPELIER — A student at U-32 has been cited by police on a charge of selling marijuana on school grounds.
Vermont State Police say Quinton Walker-Clayton, 18, of East Montpelier, was seen Tuesday by one of the school’s administrators selling marijuana in the school’s atrium. State police said they recovered three bags of marijuana, a digital scale and a small sum of money off Walker-Clayton.
State police say he was selling marijuana to another student.
Walker-Clayton was also given a civil ticket for possession of marijuana.
He is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court April 24 to answer the charge of selling the drug.MORE IN This Just InAutopsy reveals
