• Bolton driver faces license charge

    WATERBURY — A Bolton man has been cited on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

    State police said they pulled over Matthew C. Spaulding, 30, on the Waterbury-Stowe Road in Waterbury on Wednesday. Police said his license is criminally suspended.

    He is to appear in Washington County criminal court in Barre on April 11 to answer the charge.
