• Driver cited on license charge

    BERLIN — Police say a Johnson man was driving with a suspended license.

    Brian Foy, 37, was pulled over on Paine Turnpike in Berlin on a traffic violation Tuesday, police said. An investigation revealed he has a criminally suspended license, according to police.

    He was cited and is to appear in Washington County criminal court in Barre on Feb. 20 to answer the charge.
