• Wagner joins CVMC team

    BERLIN — Beth Wagner has joined the Central Vermont Medical Center hospitalist team after years working in Alaska.

    Wagner attended St. Michael’s College in Colchester, where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. Wagner earned her Doctor of Osteopathy degree at The University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.

    Wagner is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine and is also certified by the American College of Surgeons in Advanced Trauma Life Support.

    She grew up in Maine and is happy have the opportunity to return to New England. “CVMC is the exact size hospital I was looking for when I decided to return to the Northeast,” she noted. “I like the mountains and do as much outside activity as possible, hiking, swimming and cross country skiing.”

    She and her husband Jeffrey, a Bennington native, and their 15 month-old daughter Evelyn, live in Montpelier.
