• Driver in Vt. milk tanker crash charged

    RICHFORD — Vermont State Police have charged the driver in an accident involving a milk tanker that overturned and crashed into an abandoned house in Richford.

    The accident happened the afternoon of Oct. 9 on Route 105 in Richford.

    The driver, 33-year-old Philip Gilman of Derby, has been charged with negligent operation and is scheduled for a court appearance next month.
