BCK Real Estate enters into merger
BARRE — A Barre-based real estate company has joined forces with a property management firm from St. Johnsbury in a merger that representatives of both companies say will help them better serve their clients.
The deal involving BCK Real Estate and Northeast Kingdom Property Management was announced Tuesday.
“Our combined companies and collective talent have unprecedented strength and resources to serve the residential and commercial property management and leasing market in the Northeast Kingdom,” said Aine Baker of Northeast Kingdom Property Management in a news release. “It is a win-win for the clients of each company, as they can expect the same outstanding service they are accustomed to and deserve.”
John Biondolillo, chief executive officer of BCK Real Estate’s growing family of companies, agreed.
“This will be a seamless transition since BCK and NEKPM are firms with shared values and the highest standards of professionalism,” he said in a news release.
BCK already had a foothold in the Northeast Kingdom, where it operates as Quatrini Real Estate — a company that was started in St. Johnsbury in 1968.
Now a wholly owned subsidiary of BCK, Quatrini Real Estate is one of nine real estate brokerage offices BCK operates in Vermont. The others are BCK’s headquarters in Barre, as well as offices in Essex Junction, Montpelier, Northfield, Rochester, Mendon, Morrisville and Stowe.
BCK also operates property management and leasing businesses in Stowe under its Stowe Realty brand, as well as in central Vermont as BCK Property Services.MORE IN This Just InGov. Peter Shumlin chats with Vermont Press Bureau chief Neal P. Full Story
