WASHINGTON Vermont State Police say a Washington teenager has been cited for allegedly stealing an all-terrain vehicle.

Bryant A. Hallock, 19, was found to have taken the vehicle from Carrier Road in Washington on Sept. 21 after interviews and investigation. State police were given information on Sept. 23 that the vehicle was seen behind a residence on Woodchuck Hollow Road. After speaking with the residents of the home, the vehicle was located and Hallock was cited.

He is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court on November 14 to answer the charge.
