• Barre man cited for weekend DUI

    WASHINGTON — Vermont State Police say a Barre teen has been cited for driving under the influence.

    Isaac Pomer, 19, was driving on Hart Hollow Road on Saturday night when state police responded to a motor vehicle complaint. After an investigation, Pomer was cited for drunken driving.

    He is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court Sept. 25 to answer the charge.
