• Woman cited for fraud

    CHELSEA — Vermont State Police say a Barre woman stole her mother’s credit card.

    Chrystal Stilwell, 27, was cited for identity theft and fraudulent use of a credit card on Aug. 29 after her mother, Deborah Stilwell, 48, of Chelsea, reported that her daughter took the card and used it without her permission.

    Chrystal Stilwell is scheduled to appear in Orange County criminal court on Oct. 23 to answer the charges.
