CABOT — A Cabot man has been cited by Vermont State Police on charges of driving with a suspended license and unlawful mischief.

State police say Warren Gill III, 30, was involved in an altercation with William Lowe, 47, of Cabot, during an argument Friday about a motorcycle Gill had crashed. State police say Gill broke the rear window of Lowe’s vehicle during the argument.

Gill is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court Sept. 12 to answer the charges.
