BURLINGTON - A Vermont woman has been sentenced to a little over three years in prison on charges of possessing and distributing crack cocaine.

Court records say 26-year-old Lisa Barbour of Barre was stopped in a vehicle on Interstate 91 in 2012. The stop led to the search, arrest, and eventual 10-year sentence of another person in the vehicle, Jonathan Allen of Barre.

Prosecutors said Barbour sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant last March. She was indicted in September.

Barbour was sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Burlington.
