• Police investigate suspicious house fire

    MILTON — Vermont State Police are investigating a suspicious fire that destroyed a house in Milton.

    Police said the fire was reported early Saturday morning.

    When firefighters arrived, the house was fully engulfed in flames.

    Police said firefighters were able to save a shed on the property but the house valued at $75,000 was a total loss. No one was injured.

    Police said the cause of the fire has not been determined.
