• Barre man is cited for DUI and possession by State Police

    BARRE Vermont State Police say a Barre man has been cited for driving under the influence.

    Daniel Kelly, 24, was driving on Route 63 in Barre Town Thursday when he was pulled over by state police.

    After an investigation, Kelly was cited for driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after the drug was found in his vehicle.

    State police say the case is under investigation, and no court date was set for Kelly.
