    Spa owner denies

    prostitution charge

WILLISTON — The owner of a spa in Williston has pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a charge of allowing prostitution at the business.

Thomas Booska, 68, wants to work with State’s Attorney T.J. Donovan to make sure no illegal activity takes place at the Harmony Health Spa, according to defense attorney Kurt Hughes.

Last week police said they gathered information from clients leaving the massage parlor that they had just received sexual services from the employees and provided payment to them.

Authorities said the employees allegedly providing the sexual services are likely victims of a “larger criminal issue” and are not being charged.
