    shots at tree cutter

NEW HAVEN — A man who says he fired shots to stop a man from cutting his neighbor’s trees has been accused of reckless endangerment.

Police say David Milson, 72, of New Haven fired nine to 12 rounds Sunday in the direction of Bradly Sprague, 26. They were less than 500 feet apart.

Milson told police he was trying to get Sprague’s attention to get him to stop cutting his neighbor’s trees that separated the two properties.

    Sprague was not hurt.
