    Mountaineers rained out

Monday night’s exhibition game between the Mountaineers and the U.S. Military All-Stars was postponed due to inclement weather. No make-up date has been announced.

Last Thursday’s rained-out Mountaineers road game against the Swamp Bats has been rescheduled for Sunday, July 28 at 6:30 in Keene.

Vermont sits tied for first in the Western Division with Holyoke at 5-2, a game ahead of both Danbury and North Adams.

Vermont will next play tonight when the Mountaineers host the North Adams SteepleCats at 6:30 p.m. It’s free team photo night and Cabot community night at Recreation Field. The game can be heard locally on ESPN 1240 WSKI and on thevermontmountaineers.com.
