• Woman cited on drunken driving charge

    BERLIN — Police say a Montpelier woman has been cited on suspicion of driving under the influence.

    Police say they went to Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin for a report of an intoxicated female.

    Police say Elizabeth Anderson, 59, was found to be driving under the influence.

    She is scheduled to appear in Washington County criminal court later this month to answer the charge.
